Kisan Kisht explains the PM Kisan scheme in plain language. This page sets out what the site is, what it isn't, and how far you should rely on what you read here.

• This is not a government website, and it has no link with any ministry or government department.
• Everything here is meant to help you understand the scheme. The government's word is always final.
• Nothing on this site can change your records, or send or stop a payment.
• Everything here is free. This site never asks for a fee or your bank details.

Not a government website

Kisan Kisht is my own website. It is not run by, or on behalf of, the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, the PM Kisan scheme, any state government or any other government body.

The names of PM Kisan and other schemes appear here only to say which scheme a page is about. The official PM Kisan website is pmkisan.gov.in.

Where the information comes from

Facts on this site come from official sources: the PM Kisan website, press releases on PIB (pib.gov.in), UIDAI, NPCI, and state Farmer Registry and land records websites. Each page lists its sources at the end. The About page explains how pages are checked.

Information can change

Scheme rules, installment dates, forms and the government's own pages change from time to time. I work to keep every page current, but something may still be out of date or incomplete.

Before you act on anything important, confirm it on the official website, in a government notice or with your agriculture office. The next installment date goes up here only after the government announces it.

Status, registration number and beneficiary list

Whatever you enter to see your status or registration number, such as your registration number or mobile number, is used only to find and show your record. It is never sold or used for anything else. The Privacy Policy has the details.

The beneficiary list is read from the PM Kisan website at the moment you ask for it, and is not kept here. What your status or the list shows is the government's record. If anything here differs from the official website, go by the official website.

Sample images

Pictures marked Sample Image are not real screenshots. They are drawn by hand to show what an official page looks like. They contain no real farmer's details and no government emblem or logo, and the real page may look a little different.

Money, fees and fraud

Everything on Kisan Kisht is free. Nobody from this site will ever call, message or email you to ask for money or your bank details.

If someone uses this site's name, or promises to get your installment faster, and asks you to pay, it is a fraud. Don't give them any money. To report it, see the PM Kisan complaints page.

Not advice

The pages here are general information, not legal or financial advice. For your own case, speak to your block or district agriculture office, your nearest CSC (Common Service Centre) or the PM Kisan helpline on 155261.

Links to other websites

Many pages link to official and other websites. Those sites follow their own rules, and Kisan Kisht is not responsible for what they say, for their mistakes, or for times when they are slow or down.

Ads

To cover its costs, the site may show ads from companies such as Google. An ad appearing here doesn't mean I recommend the product or service.
