What is the beneficiary list?
It's the list of farmers in a village who receive PM Kisan installments. Because it's drawn up village by village, everyone in your village who gets the installment appears together, and you can see at a glance whether your name is there.
You don't need a registration number, an OTP or any login to see it. All you need to know is your state, district, sub-district or block, and village.
How to see the list on this page
- Choose your State in the form above.
- Then choose your District, Sub-district / Block and Village. Each box fills in once you've picked the one before it.
- Tap Show list. Your village's list opens below the form, and you can search it by name.
The list comes straight from the official PM Kisan website. A big village's list can take up to a minute to open. If it doesn't open here, use the steps below to see it on the official website itself.
How to see the beneficiary list on pmkisan.gov.in
- Open the official website, pmkisan.gov.in, and tap Beneficiary List under Farmers Corner.
- Start by choosing your state under State.
- Then choose District, Sub-District (tehsil), Block and Village one at a time. Each box fills only after the one before it has been chosen.
- Tap Get Report, and your village's full list will open.
- Look for your name. In a long list it's easier to use Find in page from your mobile browser's menu (⋮).
Names on the list are written in English, and the spelling is often a little different from the one you would use. Search for the first few letters of the name rather than the whole name.
How the list differs from your status
Both are on pmkisan.gov.in, but they do different jobs:
| Beneficiary list | Status | |
|---|---|---|
| What it shows | The names of everyone in the village who gets the installment | Your own full details and every installment, for you alone |
| What you need | The names of your state, district and so on, down to the village | Your registration number and an OTP |
| When it helps | When you want to know whether your name is in the scheme | When you want to know why an installment is held up |
If your name is on the list but the installment hasn't come, do check your status. The reason an installment is held up is written there, not on the list.
Can't find your village?
- Village names are written in English, sometimes with an unfamiliar spelling. Go through the whole list carefully, top to bottom.
- Your village may be recorded under a different block or sub-district. Check the tehsil and village name on your land papers (the khatauni) and choose those.
- Big villages are often split into parts, such as a majra or tola, and each part can appear under its own name.
Your name isn't on the list?
There can be several reasons, and most of them can be put right:
- The wrong sub-district, block or village was chosen. Go through the choices again carefully.
- Your name is spelt differently, so the search missed it.
- Your new registration is still being checked by the state government.
- Your application was rejected, or your installment is on hold for a check.
To find the real reason, check your status with your registration number. If you haven't registered yet, you can register as a new farmer.
Common questions
My name is on the list, so why hasn't my installment come?
Being on the list means you're in the scheme. An installment comes only when eKYC, land seeding and Aadhaar–bank linking are all done, the three things every installment needs. Look at your status to see which of them says No.
What if I see someone on the list who isn't eligible?
You can report it to the block or district agriculture office. The check itself is carried out by the state government.
What does Sub-District mean?
Sub-District is your tehsil, called a taluka or mandal in some states. Its name is written on your land papers too.
Does it cost anything to see the list?
No. The list on pmkisan.gov.in is free to view.
Is this a government website?
No. Kisan Kisht is my own website. Your records are with the government, and only the government can change them.
